Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

  • Check in patients and manage patient flow to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation.
  • Manage and track patient referrals, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
  • Perform data entry into the portal/EMR systems, maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Conduct eligibility checks to confirm patient coverage and ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle a variety of front desk tasks including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and patient follow-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships with patients and visitors.
  • Work closely with the team to resolve any discrepancies in patient data or documentation.
  • Adapt to a changing work environment and stay organized while multitasking effectively.
  • Opportunity for permanent placement after a successful temp-to-perm period.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Education

Schedule/ Shift:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM (Shift may fluctuate by 15 minutes)

  • 401k (eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1)
