This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient check-in and check-out processes, excellent communication skills, and strong computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the office each day, ensuring all operational protocols are followed.
• Collect pre-files from referring offices to gather patient records.
• Assess patient visit timelines based on the urgency of their condition.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes for all patients.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Collect payments, including copays and self-pay fees.
• Maintain a pleasant phone demeanor while assisting patients and referring offices.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient flow.

Schedule:

• M- F Start time at 7:30 AM to prepare for patient arrivals.
