Our Multi-Specialty Clinic is looking for Front Desk Team Lead OR MPR III that can come in and support a busy, growing practice as they onboard a new clinic manager this month.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Registration - 100 patients a day split by 4 front desk.
• Managing busy multi-phone line system
  • 50-60 inbound calls per person per day is realistic
  • Easy service phone calls, not difficult convo's just need to be able to provide high level service each time
• Working with 4 other MPR's to manage patient medical records requests, authorization requests, referrals, prescription refills
• Check in/Check Out
• Appointment Scheduling in EPIC
• Document sharing - scanning, faxing.
• Providing excellent customer service

Patient Registration, 1-3 years of healthcare preferred, High Quality Customer Service, High Volume inbound phone experience

EPIC, 1 year as team lead or supervisor, Experience Training , Open to people with hospitality or customer service backgrounds

Mon-Fri 830am-5pm

Pay: 19-20/hr
