Medical Payment Poster

The Company:

• A physician led team of clinical and operational experts in the North Dallas area

The Position:

• Onsite Payment Poster (3+ month contract to hire/temp to perm position - starting ASAP!)

Duties:

• Call payers to get money uploaded and posted
• Work high volume and high dollar payments
• Apply manual payments and auto payments to accounts for payor types of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurances;
• Analyze EOB information, including co-pays, deductible, co-insurance, contractual adjustments, denials and more to very accuracy of patient balances;

Requirements:

• 2 years of payment posting experience
• Payer portal experience

The Location:

• 75251

Schedule:

• M - Fri (flex start between 7:30-8); 40 hours guaranteed

Pay Rate:

• $18-23
