• To ensure success, the medical front office specialist should possess extensive experience in medical office administration and the ability to interact with patients
• A first-class medical office specialist should be an administrative expert who can create an efficient and patient-centered environment

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Extensive experience in maintaining patient files and updating electronic health records
• Experience in processing payment
• Ability to verify medical insurance information
• Knowledge of insurance prior authorizations for in office procedures

• Must have ECW experience: 2-3 years
• Must be able to reliably commute
• Must have experience in a fast paced environment

• Spanish Bilingual

Location/Schedule/Shift

• M-Th: 8 am to 5 pm; F: 8 am to 2 pm

• 30-minute lunch break
