Job description

This is a fully on-site role in Englewood, CO.

What You'll Do:

  • Reception Desk Excellence: Be the friendly face at our reception desk, answering phones, and warmly greeting patients and providers.
  • Appointment Management: Handle scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments.
  • Patient Check-In: Ensure smooth registration by efficiently checking in patients and accurately documenting their information.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage and ensure patient demographics are up to date.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing and retrieving medical records, as well as handling copying and faxing tasks.
  • Financial Duties: Collect co-pays and payments from patients, including credit card authorizations, and maintain accurate records in our computer system.
  • Adherence to Policies: Practice and adhere to our Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement, as well as all Physician Services policies and procedures.
  • Additional Responsibilities for Patient-Centered Medical Homes: Coordinate continuity of patient care with external healthcare organizations, participate in data collection and health outcomes reporting, and support programmatic evaluations related to Patient-Centered Medical Home initiatives.

What Qualifications You'll Need:

  • Experience: Less than one year of experience is required, although one to three years of experience is preferred. However, enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn are equally important to us!
