Job description

Job Title: Bilingual Front Office Coordinator (Spanish/English)
Location: Riverside
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Contract to Hire

Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to join our supportive radiation oncology clinic. As the sole front office person, you'll work closely with our office manager and nurse to manage patient intake, check-ins, phone calls, medical records, and more. With a light patient load (around 25 daily), you'll have time to handle administrative tasks and assist with consultations and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients
  • Handle patient intake and medical record requests
  • Assist with new patient paperwork
  • Manage mail, faxes, and other administrative tasks
  • Use Aria and Epic EMR (training available)
  • Open and close the clinic
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide patient support

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 2+ years of front office experience in a medical setting
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems (Aria and Epic preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Reliable and able to work independently
