We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience working in a fast paced medical office with a preference in plastics

Location - Kenilworth, Illinois

Salary - Starting at $21/hr based on experience

Contract role with the opportunity to get hired on permanently

Day to Day:

• Answering a very high volume of phone calls (can have multiple calls on-hold at once while simultaneously checking patients in.
• Communicating with patients when inputting patient info in-person and over the phone.
• Rooming patients to the exam room.
• Checking patients out of the clinic and taking payments.
• Scheduling appointments in-person and over the phone for both surgeries and the medical spa.
• Taking phone calls and triage as necessary.
• Would assist with medical clinic and medical spa.
• Clinic room maintenance.
• Working on NextTech EMR

Shift: Monday - Friday

In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment.
