Details:

• Schedule/Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Dress Code: Scrubs
• Duration: Contract to hire
• Pay: $15-$18/hour (dependent upon years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in and check out patients for therapy appointments.
• Verify insurance information and ensure proper documentation.
• Collect co-pays and manage financial transactions accurately.
• Handle high-volume scheduling of patient appointments.
• Answer and manage high call volumes and patient inquiries.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and address patient needs efficiently.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous years of front desk experience in a medical setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high patient volume.
• Familiarity with EMR software.
