Medical Front Desk

Medix is hiring a Medical Front Desk to support a multi-speciality Physician practice in Bel Air, MD!

Position Requirements:

• Patient Registration.

• Managing busy multi-phone line system

• Service phone calls, must be able to provide a high level service each time

• Working with 4 other team members to manage patient medical records requests, authorization requests, referrals, prescription refills

• Check in/Check Out

• Appointment Scheduling in EPIC

• Document sharing - scanning, faxing.

• Providing excellent customer service

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

8:30am- 5pm

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of medical front desk or patient service experience
• EPIC experience, strongly preferred
• Must be detail oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
