Position Overview: The Medical Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of an orthopedic office. Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Reception and Communication:

   • Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office.
   • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

   • Verify insurance coverage, collect co-payments, and process payments accurately.
   • Assist with completing necessary forms and paperwork for patient appointments, referrals, and insurance claims.

3. Office Coordination:

Qualifications:
