Job description
Medix is hiring a Medical Front Desk Represenatative for a Cardiology practice in Baltimore, MD. This is an on-site, full time opportunity working with a growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Patient Registration
- Managing busy multi-phone line system
- Manage patient medical records requests, authorization requests, referrals, prescription refills
- Patient Check in/Check Out
- Appointment Scheduling in EPIC
- Document sharing - scanning, faxing.
- Providing excellent customer service
Schedule:
Monday- Friday
7:30am- 4pm
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of healthcare experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
