Cleanroom Assembly Supervisor

Lake Geneva, WI 53147

Shift: 2/2/3 Rotating Days, assigned to either Morning or Night Shift (Shift Time will stay consistent)

Pay: $28-38/HR

Duration: 6 month contract to direct hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of operations management experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • 3-5 years of assembly industry experience in a regulated environment
  • Background in quality, with an understanding of ISO/FDA regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain procedures to ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy for all manufactured products.
  • Schedule efficient production in all secondary operations, including required IQ, OQ, PQ validation activities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of plans to improve manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, focusing on reducing waste, scrap, and lead times.
  • Create and maintain necessary documentation and reports reflecting the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and training to manufacturing staff to enhance their contributions to the company.
  • Evaluate and discipline manufacturing staff in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to approved company policies and procedures in accordance with ISO13485 standards.
  • Ensure smooth transitions during all shift changes.
  • Manage material handling and inventory control to ensure on-time customer delivery and accurate reporting.
  • Guide manufacturing staff to optimize equipment and secondary processes.
  • Implement programs and procedures to ensure good housekeeping and a clean, safe work environment.
  • Schedule and verify preventative maintenance in IQMS, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Participate in and recommend new equipment to utilize technology and automation improvements, reducing costs and proactively addressing bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with all Plas-tech Engineering departments.
  • Work in ISO Class 6, 7, and 8 cleanroom environments.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and Batch Records to correctly assemble/package finished goods.
  • Complete applicable line clearance, compliance, and training records, executing batch records with GDP/GMP compliance in mind.
  • Cross-train and support other work areas as needed.
  • Participate in Lean or process improvement initiatives.
