Job description
**Job Title: Medical Collector (Epic Experience)**
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage claims lifecycle in Epic, focusing on denials and appeals.
- Analyze denials, identify root causes, and develop resolution strategies.
- Submit appeals with comprehensive documentation for denied claims.
- Collaborate with internal departments for claim issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports for performance monitoring.
- Stay updated on industry changes to optimize revenue cycle management.
**Qualifications:**
- 2-3 years of collections experience, with denials management expertise.
- Proficiency in Epic software required
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of healthcare regulations.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST and pay starts at $18/hr.
