We are looking for a bilingual individual with at least 2 years of previous experience in insurance follow up or collections.

Location - onsite in chicago

Salary - $18-$22/hr

Contract to hire role with lots of room for growth

Day to Day:

• This individual will responsible for following up on claims regarding: group health, workers comp, personal injuries, medicare/medicaid and several applicable claims. They may have to speak with attorneys on personal injury patients.
• Responsibilities include reaching out to the payers and patients to collect on open claims ultimately to close the cycle of the patient account. This will be both through their EMR portal and via phone calls. As this individual will take phone calls,
