The Billing Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for their designated portfolio of accounts, taking full ownership of the client relationship and providing both tactical and strategic guidance. This role involves working closely with internal operations teams to proactively address and resolve any issues, utilizing key performance metrics to monitor and enhance account performance. The Billing Specialist is responsible for regularly communicating updates and results to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular, proactive communication with assigned clients to build and sustain positive relationships.
• Serve as the main escalation point for client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build and strengthen professional relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Develop and implement tailored quarterly and annual client management strategies.
• Oversee claim adjudication processes, identify trends, and make recommendations for operational improvements.
• Partner with operations support teams to ensure optimized processes and procedures for each client.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in excel and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working directly with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Medical billing experience (professional billing preferred)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience
