Job Overview
As a Patient A/R Specialist, you are responsible for answering inbound patient phone calls and assisting with patient account questions.

Requirements
As a Patient A/R Specialist, you must be a great communicator with excellent organizational skills. We are also looking for someone who has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates must be comfortable working independently.

Other requirements of this position include:

• Experience with out of state payers/insurances
• Call Center experience
• Familiarity with medical insurance
• EOB knowledge
• General understanding of medical billing and A/R processes
• High school diploma or GED
