Medical Billing

Note: This position is PART TIME

Duties:

-Responsible for sending out appeals via hard copy or portal to support 6 Denial Representatives
-Responsible for answering all correspondence and taking appropriate actions
-Daily verifying and updating of insurance in Epic system
-Various other clerical roles

Requiremnts:

* First 2 doses of the COVID Vaccine Required*

* 1 year of Hospital experience in any capacity
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Epic experience
* Interpretation of an EOB a must
* Must be able to work independently
