Join Our Team as an Ophthalmic Tech, Medical Assistant, or Surgical Tech - Career Growth, Competitive Pay & Learning Opportunities!

The Day-to-Day:

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, seeing up to 50 patients per day.
  • Perform basic clinical tasks such as vital sign collection, assist with injections, and prep injectables for the physician.
  • Provide support during high-volume injection appointments, ensuring smooth patient flow.
  • Opportunity to train in specialized skills, including retinal injections, ophthalmic photography, and EHR management.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay: Starting pay based on experience, ranging from $19-$24/hr depending on role and expertise.
