Medical Assistant/Ophthalmic Technician

We are curretnly hiring for Medical Assitants and Ophthalmic Technicians!
Are you passionate about providing superior medical and surgical eye care? We are hiring for an independent practice dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care services, and we're looking for an Ophthalmic Technician to join our team.
Please Note: We are also open to opticians, medical assistants, patient care technicians who are eager to learn a new role!
Position Details:
Location: Wexford, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Day Shift (Hours will fall between 7 AM-4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient workups, including visual acuity tests, fundus exams, and vision exams.
- Assist the Optometrist with various procedures and patient care.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Ophthalmic Technician (or similar role listed above)
- Proficiency in conducting visual acuity and vision exams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
