Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for testing.
• Educate patients on medication usage, diet, and other healthcare needs.

Administrative Duties:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately entered into the system.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the office calendar efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information to patients and other visitors.
• Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with the ordering and inventory of office and medical supplies.
