Overview: Medix is actively hiring for a Medical Assistant or LPN for a large healthcare organization in Sarasota, FL.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for obtaining patient vitals, triage and documenting procedures
• Updating demographic information in EMR system, preferably seeking experience within Intergy
• Assisting clinical staff with minor procedures
• Any clinical or administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+years of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN
• Active MA Certification or LPN license
• Active BLS Certification

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Compensation: $16.50/hr-$30/hr depending on experience

Benefits:

In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
