Medical Assistant - Infectious Disease

Medix is hiring a Medical Assistant for a full time, contract to hire opportunity within an infectious disease clinic in Morton Grove - a great opportunity to work within a new, state of the art facility!

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Obtain and document patient vitals for physicians
• Room patients, stock and clean exam rooms
• Sort and manage lab samples (no phlebotomy required)
• Provide customer service, including calling patients with lab results

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Medical Assistant experience
• High school diploma and graduate of a Medical Assistant program

Schedule/ Shift:

• M-F 8:30a-5p, no weekends!
