Medical Assistant III

We are hiring for a Medical Assistant III to join one of our top clients in St. Louis, MO in their Lung Center! Looking to work for a company that offers extensive benefits, has lots of room for growth, & has the best doctors in the area? This is for you!

Role Overview:

• Handling patients have pulmonary illness - all lung but not all cancer (must be comfortable working with cancer patients)
• You will work with 1-2 doctors at a time and switch halfway through the day (there are 25-30 doctors total that rotate through the clinic)
• Vitals, injections and EKGs, check blood sugars
• Rooming patients, different points of testing
• See COVID patients and do COVID testing

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00

• You will have to do 2 closing shifts a week which can be until 5:30/6:00 PM so you must be flexible with schedule!

Location: St. Louis, MO 63110

Pay: $17.00-24.00/hr

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant Diploma
• Medical Assistant Certification or Registration (Must be active)
• BLS Certification (Required by start date)
• Minimum of 3+ years as a Medical Assistant
