This opportunity will be in a slower-paced cardiology clinic, so dedication and 6 months of medical experience are required. Medix is looking for someone with Specialty or Cardio experience.

We are looking at getting candidates started for this position immediately!

Candidates for this Medical Assistant position must be able to perform the following tasks:

• Rooming
• EKGs
• Answering patient phone calls - the MAs have a phone "pool" where they will answer incoming calls for their provider
• working with many pregnant women - it's very important that this MA can use customer service skills and efficiency to communicate to the patients
• Putting in orders that Dr. will sign off on
• Patient Intake
• looking for a good personality fit who is proactive, a strong communicator, efficient, reliable, and detail-oriented
