Medical Assistant - Brentwood, TN - Join Our Compassionate Team!

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our healthcare services run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for providing administrative and floor support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

• Interview patients and document basic medical history
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Update medical records and insurance reports
• Arrange hospital and laboratory services
• Vital Signs
• Check with patients and type up patients charts
• Assist during medical examinations
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Handle receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

Pay and Hours:

• Pay Rate: $17hr.-$20hr. (Pay is dependent on experience)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, Every other Saturday 9am-12pm

Location:

Brentwood, TN

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of MA experience
• Phlebotomy experience
• Ability to take manual blood pressures
• MA diploma
