Job Title: Medical Assistant - Primary Care/Multispecialty

Location: Westwood, MA

Schedule:

  • Option 1: 7:45 AM - 4:14 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Option 2: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Assistant to join our dynamic Primary Care/Multispecialty team in Westwood, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with patient care, performing clinical and administrative duties, and ensuring smooth operations within the practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and prepare them for examinations.
  • Take vital signs and medical history.
  • Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and other clinical tasks.
  • Administer injections, vaccines, and other treatments as directed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
  • Handle medical records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering medical supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
