Qualifications

• MA Diploma (certification NOT required)
• 1+ year Front/Back Office experience
• Insurance verification experience
• High school diploma or GED

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Medical Assistant you will…

• Patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Check-in and check-out procedures for patients.
• Efficient use of EPIC to manage patient information and records.
• Rooming patients, taking vital signs, and administering basic vaccinations.
• Assisting with other back office duties when short-staffed or covering for absences.

Work Environment: This position is going to be ON SITE.
