Job description

Hiring Medical Assistant in Stratford, NJ!

Are you a certified Medical Assistant with a passion for patient care and skilled in handling authorizations? We are seeking a dedicated Infusion Center Authorization Specialist to play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Authorizations: Assist in completing authorizations for our infusion center and help displaced patients obtain necessary authorizations for new sites.
  • Clinical Support: Collaborate with physicians by rooming patients, taking vital signs, and updating our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to ensure accurate and timely patient information.

Qualifications:

  • Must-Have Skills:
    • National CMA Certification
    • Experience with patient authorizations
    • Proficiency in EMR systems
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Familiarity with Epic software
