Job description

Hiring for a Family Practice Clinic in the Tacoma, WA area. This clinic specializes in family medicine
and serves a very diverse population of patients. Also hiring in Federal Way and Puyallup.

Job Responsibilities:
● Ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner.
● Follow protocol in rooming and exiting patients.
● Complete all provider referrals for each patient.
● Administer injections and distribute oral medications under physicians' order; perform
venipuncture.
● Assist the medical provider with charting office visits; ensuring communication and
documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination, referrals
● In between patients MA will responsible for administering both covid test/vaccinations
● 1:1 relationship with a single provider


3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
● Medical Assistant Certification (or Interim) Through Washington State DOH
● 6 months - 1 year of experience


Nice to Have Skills:
● Previous experience working in community Health
● EPIC Experience


Schedule/Shift:
● Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM w/ Tues hours being 10am-7pm


Contract Length:
800 Hours. Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract
