Medical Assistant
Job description
Overview
- Rooming patients
- Triaging patients
- Updating patient records / information
- Sterilizing and stocking patient rooms
- Following up with patients over the phone
- referrals / patient inquiries & results / med records requests
- Heavy administrative duties expected
Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- 2+ year of clinical MA experience
- 1+ year of healthcare administrative tasks experience
- Active AHA BLS certification
- Medical Assistant Certification required within first 90 days after conversion to FTE
