Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort patients with professionalism and care.
  • Collect and document patient medical information accurately.
  • Assist in medical procedures and ensure all records are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate referrals, prescriptions, and diagnostic testing as directed.
  • Maintain and stock exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for each patient.
  • Manage and disperse diagnostic results and lab reports efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the clinic manager.


What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Post-Secondary degree/certification preferred (Health Science Major and/or Certified Medical Assistant).
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months clinical experience in a physician's office or hospital preferred.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain composure under pressure. Must be a team player who adapts well to change.
