Medical Assistant
Job description
Training:
- Takes them 12 weeks to get them up to speed
- Limited trainers - will have to travel to sites for their first 4 weeks so they can be properly supervised
- Training Site Locations:
- Newark
- Bear
Schedule/Shift
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Late Nights: 2 per month
- Wilmington: 12pm -9pm on Monday or Thursday
- Northeast: 12pm - 9pm on Wednesday
- Family Medicine Office
- 20- 25 patients on a tpyical day
- 70%-30% adult to Peds
- Need to be comfortable seeing and working with all ages
- Minor Procedures:
- Ekg's
- injections
- Hearing and vision exam
- Nebulizer treatment
- Basic GYN
- Pap smears
- Specimen Collection
