Medical Assembler

Job description

As the Medical Assembler, you will be assigned to a specific production line. You will be responsible for assembling a medical device product from start to finish and complete testing. There is a lead who will be able to help with testing and other tasks.

  • Assemble and test product to meet customer demand and verify design specification requirements

  • Generate Quality System Records on applicable documentation as required

  • Perform timely transactions online utilizing ERP/MRP system

  • Understand and comply with Acist Medical Quality Policy, ESD precautions, and OSHA guidelines as applicable

15%

  • Participate in continuous improvement by assisting personnel with process, documentation and material improvements

  • Other duties or projects as required

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience as a Medical Assembler or Production Operator
  • Experience with small parts assembly and overall assembly
