Pay: $22.50-$24.50

Shifts:

  • Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
  • Wednesday-Saturday 6am-4:30pm
  • Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am
  • Wednesday-Saturday 3:30pm-2am

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Preferably familiar with scientific formulations, aseptic techniques, and cGMP standards.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Manufacturing or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sterile materials, cleaning, and gowning techniques preferred.
  • Familiar with equipment and controlled environments.
  • Integrity, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to work long hours, do repetitive tasks, and stand for long periods.
  • Able to work independently or with a team, organized, and detail-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate equipment for formulation, sterile filling, inspection, and final vial packaging processes.
  • Perform aseptic manual filling activities within a cleanroom setting and support these activities as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs, batch record instructions, and relevant quality documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with cGMP principles.
  • Conduct manual inspections of empty vials and filled products, focusing on quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure accountability and traceability of components, ingredients, and finished products.
  • Report and make recommendations on equipment needs, facility requirements, supplies, repairs, process improvements, safety concerns, and enhancements to quality, yield, and efficiency.
  • Recognize and report inappropriate instructions or equipment operations to management.
  • Handle and use appropriate supplies and raw materials for aseptic manufacturing.
  • Support equipment calibration, validation of equipment/utilities, and perform preventive maintenance.
  • Follow proper aseptic gowning protocols.
  • Clean and disinfect cleanrooms, equipment, and supplies to maintain sterility.
  • Execute production recipes, check in equipment, and handle material movements using automated software applications.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, proactively identifying unsafe conditions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
