Job description

The role of Aseptic Operator involves ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include setting up and preparing equipment and materials, maintaining aseptic techniques, adhering to cleanroom standards, and complying with GMPs. Key duties involve documenting production processes, preparing products for shipment, and adapting to changing production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up equipment and materials for production runs
  • Plan and prepare resources for various processes
  • Weigh, measure, and check raw materials
  • Demonstrate aseptic techniques
  • Participate in product filling and aseptic processing
  • Maintain cleanroom facilities and equipment
  • Ensure GMP documentation compliance
  • Maintain and revise Batch Production Records
  • Clean small parts and equipment manually
  • Package and label vials for shipment
  • Resolve problems and make routine recommendations
  • Respond to changing circumstances and business needs

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing facility
  • Clean room experience

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 3rd shift (10 pm - 6:30 am)
  • Training: Will train on the first or second shift for the first 1-2 months.
