Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Schedules Available: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM or Sunday-Wednesday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

What You'll Do:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
  • Troubleshoot issues, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain organized documentation and assist in revising preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean environment by following all safety protocols.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance (FDA-regulated environment is a plus).
  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications for scheduling and documentation.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work evenings/weekends as needed.
  • Effective communicator with a team-oriented mindset and minimal supervision requirements.
