Branchburg, NJ

Monday - Friday, 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

Pay: $56K - $63K, or Lead Position $76K - $83K annually

Duration: Direct Hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Require at least 1-3 years of manufacturing plant experience, encompassing the following competencies:
• Operating High-Speed Industrial Processing Equipment
• Performing Maintenance on Manufacturing Equipment
• Demonstrating Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills with a Mechanical Focus
• Understanding of cGMP and OSHA Requirements
• Familiarity with Handling Hazardous Waste Materials
• Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Devices
• Possess Effective Verbal, Listening, and Communication Skills
• Dedicated to Achieving Excellence
• Strong Team Player
• Capable of Thriving in a Fast-Paced Environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with aerosol manufacturing production lines and perform maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Adhere to established job safety practices, policies, and procedures as outlined in plant and corporate directives to ensure safe performance of work assignments.
• Understand and comply with cGMP requirements as they impact production.
• Conduct repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily support of filling equipment, focusing on filling, crimping, aerosolizing, capping, and packaging of aerosol products.
• Ensure product changeovers are performed according to SOP and work order requirements.
• Utilize shop equipment proficiently to install, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and tooling.
• Maintain work area, tools, and shop equipment in a clean and functional state.
• Keep accurate and neat preventative maintenance log books.
• Fabricate, assemble, and test parts as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to other 2nd shift line mechanics.
• Inspect production parts and tooling to ensure conformance to engineering blueprints and diagrams.
• Complete all necessary documentation and communication promptly and accurately.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Assist in preventative maintenance (PM) activities and support the lead maintenance team to adhere to the PM schedule.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to manage critical parts inventory and, if necessary, help maintain parts inventory using the CMMS system.
