Job description

Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: Primary Care Facility

Job Summary: As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at our primary care facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. Working under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, you will assist in patient care, perform routine medical tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct patient care including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  2. Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
  3. Maintain accurate medical records and assist with administrative tasks.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

  • Current LVN license.
  • Completion of accredited vocational nursing program.
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish required

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5

Pay: $34-37/hour + Benefits
