LVN - Job Overview:

• Obtains vitals and completes point of care testing
• Conducts hearing and vision screenings
• Administers immunizations, injections and medications
• Performs EKGs, phlebotomy, ear lavages and PPD testing
• Sterilizes equipment and sets up rooms
• Hooks up oxygen tubing
• Performs straight caths and starts IVs when needed
• Addresses patient messages in EHR
• Ensures MAs document patient vitals and pre-assessment questions
• Calls in refills to pharmacy
• Orders supplies and assists with general clinic organization

LVN - Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with a lunch break

LVN - Pay & Benefits:

• $30-36/hr based on experience
