Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The LVN will be responsible for performing various clinical duties and providing exceptional care to our patients. This role involves a combination of in-clinic and in-home patient care services, utilizing advanced technology and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with phlebotomy, be comfortable driving, and have a clean driving record.

Key Clinical Duties:

• Perform point-of-care tests (blood drop & nasal swab samples) on-site
• Conduct blood draws for lab tests (IV/Blood Draw certifications required)
• Perform EKGs
• Administer proctored eye exams using specialized devices
• Carry out eye dilations
• Provide non complex wound care
• Take vital signs and monitor patient health
• Conduct health screenings
• Apply fluoride varnish treatments
• Facilitate video visits with providers to ensure seamless patient care

LVN Requirements:

• Active LVN license
• IV Certification with proven experience
• Active CA Driver's License with 2+ years of driving experience and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds (to move equipment such as EKG machines)

Additional Qualifications:

• Familiarity and comfort working within the designated community
• Ability to enter patient homes and provide care in a home-based setting
• Proficient in using mobile healthcare technology (e.g., mobile EKG machines)
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (up to 40 pounds)

Schedule/ Shift: Mon-Fri 8 or 10 hour shifts available (Weekend availability required)
