Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: Multiple Locations in California (Torrance, Van Nuys/Mission Hills, San Bernardino/Riverside)

Pay: $38 - $40 per hour - depending on experience

Schedule: Primarily 4/10 shifts (currently operating on 5/8); availability required for at least two weekends per month. Schedule will be announced a month in advance.

Employment Status: Full-time preferred; strong part-time candidates may be considered with a commitment to at least two shifts per week.

Project Overview: Participate in the Healthcare Plan Partnership Program focusing on care gap closures for Medicare and Medicaid patients. LVNs will be driving company vehicles to patients homes to perform in home health care assessments.

Qualifications:

• Active CA LVN license
• Phlebotomy certification or IV Blood Draw certification
• Valid CA driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record and two years of driving experience
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Comfort working in diverse communities and entering patient homes
• Proficiency with technology (e.g., mobile EKG machines)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
