LPN Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Supervisor to join a Internal Medicine/Family Practice Clinic in Orlando, FL. As an LPN Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the new initiative to support patients over the phone for telehealth questions and concerns, proactively engage team members to provide leadership, guidance, and ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for overseeing a team of CMA's (Certified Medical Assistants).
• Be able to address and answer questions from CMA's.
• Managing and de-escalating challenging situations and calming patients down when necessary.
• Pulling reports from the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Overseeing and managing a dashboard to monitor and optimize operations.
• Providing responses to urgent patient inquiries.
• Handling appointment scheduling when needed.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience supervising a team of 6 or more individuals.
• Experience in outpatient healthcare settings.
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to travel to one other location per week.
• Certification in Basic Life Support and active LPN license.

Schedule/Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. no weekends, holidays or on call!

Pay: $24-$31.60/hr
