• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.

• Documentation: Accurately document patient care, medical histories, and treatment plans in electronic or paper health records.

• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team to provide updates and address concerns.

• Assessment: Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the supervising RN or physician promptly.

• Medical Procedures: Perform basic medical procedures such as catheter insertion, injections, and dressing changes in compliance with state and facility guidelines.

• Infection Control: Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control policies and procedures.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Education: Provide patient and family education on care plans, medication administration, and post-discharge instructions as needed.
