We are seeking an experienced LPN to join a local production plant to handle occupational health responsibilities at their Chattanooga, TN facility! Prior occupational health experience is not required- the manager is open to considering LPNs from any healthcare setting and provides a great training program.

LPN Daily Responsibilities:

• Assess employees by taking temperatures, checking vitals and monitoring their health
• Write a Nurse's note and chart in the electronic system
• Providing first-aid to the employees (wound care, injuries on-site)
• Passing OTC meds (tylenol, motrin)
• Taking temps, asking screening questions and using their knowledge to help out at the plant
• Responsible for clearing team members (questionnaire, vital signs, temperatures)
• Will be going through medicals with employees coming from FMLA
• Drug screens/Physicals - will be trained on this
• Occupational health assessments
• Will be doing treatment for employees that have been injured or are sick that come to the clinic
• OSHA record keeping
• Hearing conservation

LPN Schedule Options:

Shift (2nd): Monday - Friday 2:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Shift (3rd): Sunday - Thursday 10:00 P.M. to 06:00 A.M.

LPN Pay & Benefits:
