Occupational Health LPN

Position: Occupational Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Fridley, MN

Position Overview: As an Occupational Health LPN, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and safety of employees in the workplace. You will primarily work independently, managing work-related injuries, conducting hearing tests, performing administrative duties, and conducting floor walks to identify potential hazards. Strong computer skills are essential for this role as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage work-related injuries, including assessment, treatment, and documentation.
  • Conduct hearing tests in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee health records, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.
  • Conduct floor walks to identify potential hazards and promote workplace safety.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and management to develop and implement strategies for injury prevention and health promotion.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN licensure in [Insert State/Country].
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
