Job description
Overview of Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Immunizations
- Prepare patients for exams and treatment
- Assist provider during patient exams and treatments
- Observe and analyze patient while documenting and recording any and all conditions, reactions to drugs, treatments and more
- Obtain vitals
- Adhere to daily check in chart
- Accurately and completely document everything in medical records while using necessary templates and forms
- Prepare patient rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies
Required Qualifications
- LPN certification
- 1+ Years as an LPN
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (Lunch break is 12 - 1)
