Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy and conduct workshops at senior centers.
  • Travel to different locations in Harlem and Washington Heights.
  • Make clients comfortable with clinical support in outpatient settings.
  • Manage a caseload of under 30 clients, with varying session frequencies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:

  • LMSW licensure in New York State; LCSW preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; internship experience may be considered.
  • Strong self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to engage clients and foster open communication.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
