LVN Job Overview:

This position provides support to address the medical needs of patients that have been discharged from Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, Palomar Hospital and Tri-City Hospital, to achieve a more adaptive level of physical, psychological and social functioning while in the program. Working within a comprehensive team of skilled professionals the Licensed Vocational Nurse engages with the recuperative care team to get the patient back to self-sufficiency.

LVN Daily Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of patients
• Providing basic medical care to patients
• Patient education
• Assisting with medication distribution
• Patient charting and record keeping

LVN Schedule:

Day Shift

Monday-Friday 8a-5p

LVN Pay & Benefits:

• $32-35/hr based on experience
