Licensed Practical Nurse OR Registered Nurse
Job description
The Clinical Care Coordinator assists in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a physician or licensed provider. This CCC may be an LPN or RN who demonstrates competency to provide patient care according to the specific needs of the patient population.
Job Description:
- Rooming patients
- Triage patients
- Obtain and record vitals
- Updating patient information
- Sterilizing stocking exam rooms
- Assist with procedure preparation
- Complete clerical tasks as necessary

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Active AHA BLS certification
- Clinical Pediatrics experience is required
- Active CMA or LPN license as applicable
Nice to Have Skills
- Outpatient / physician office experience
- Bilingual in Spanish in a big plus
- EMR experience preferred
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
